Year 3 students make their Holy Communion
The word ‘communion’ means to be united with. As Catholics, we believe that in Holy Communion we are united in a special way with Jesus Christ.
This year, our Year 3 students have been deepening their faith and learning about the Sacrament of Holy Communion with their teacher, Miss Facci.
With the further support of Father Paul and the Holy Cross Parish and families, the students have been prepared to receive the Sacrament.
Over four weekends, they have made their First Holy Communion during parish Masses at Holy Cross Catholic Church.
Congratulations to the Year Three students for continuing their faith development.
